Does AlpiNav work without signal?

Yes. Download the resort pack before your trip (More › Resort packs). Maps, routing, recording and guidance work fully offline. Conditions and lift status need a connection and show when they were last updated.

Why is lift status not shown for my resort?

Live lift status is only available where the resort publishes it publicly. Otherwise AlpiNav shows the scheduled opening hours from the map data.

How do I restore purchases?

More › AlpiNav Pass › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID as for the purchase. The Resort Lifetime unlock is linked to the resort chosen at purchase.

How do I cancel the Season Pass?

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › AlpiNav.

How do friends see me?

Create a group in the Friends tab and share the invitation link or QR code. Positions are shared through iCloud only with group members, while "Share my location" is on.

How do I delete my data?

Delete days in the Logbook, leave your group, disconnect Strava in Settings, or delete the app. We don't keep your ski data on our servers.
